Privacy policy.
This page explains what information this site collects, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose.
Effective date: July 18, 2026
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly, plus a small amount of information about how the site is used:
- Email address — required to deliver purchases, provide member access, and send transactional messages.
- Name — if you provide it on a form, checkout, or booking request.
- Purchase history — the products, tickets, or subscriptions you buy, so we can grant access and provide support.
- Usage analytics — basic, aggregate information about which pages are visited, to understand what is useful.
We never ask for or store your full payment card details — those are handled directly by Stripe. See who we share information with below.
Why we collect it
We use the information above to:
- Deliver the digital products, tickets, or bundle you buy.
- Provide access to the member dashboard and keep your account working correctly.
- Send transactional email — receipts, access links, and scheduling confirmations — which is not optional and is not marketing.
- Send marketing email — product announcements, workshop invites, field notes — but only if you explicitly opt in via a consent checkbox. Marketing consent checkboxes on this site default to unchecked; nothing is assumed on your behalf.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share the minimum necessary data with the service providers who help us run this business, each acting under their own privacy and security commitments:
- Stripe — processes payments for products, tickets, and subscriptions. Card details are handled by Stripe directly and never touch our servers.
- Clerk — handles account sign-in for the member dashboard.
- Resend — delivers transactional and (with your consent) marketing email.
- Convex — hosts the application data described on this page.
- Vercel — hosts the website itself.
- Cal.com — powers scheduling for booked calls and consultations.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses first-party analytics to understand which pages and links are useful — the kind of measurement that stays within our own systems rather than feeding a third-party ad or tracking network. It does not sell data to advertisers, build cross-site advertising profiles, or share browsing activity with data brokers.
Where required, analytics also respects browser signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, and any consent state you have set.
Marketing consent and unsubscribing
Marketing email is opt-in only. Every marketing checkbox on this site is unchecked by default — you have to actively agree before we add you to any marketing list.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, or otherwise ask us to stop, you are added to a suppression list and honored immediately — you will not receive further marketing email from us. Transactional email tied to a purchase or your account (receipts, access links) is not affected by a marketing unsubscribe, since it is not marketing.
Data retention
We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, to satisfy accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Marketing consent and suppression records are kept indefinitely so we can honor your unsubscribe request permanently. You can request deletion of other personal information at any time — see your rights below.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask what we have on file. Email hello@cyriacndozeh.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also reach us through the contact form at /book.
California residents
If you are a California resident, state law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act and CalOPPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect about you and to request that we delete it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, use the contact details in the section above.
Children's privacy
This site and its products are intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business or the tools it relies on change. Material changes will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Contact
Questions about this policy or your data can go to hello@cyriacndozeh.com or through the contact form at /book.
